Using ResponseMint

You may use ResponseMint to create forms and collect responses if you can legally enter this agreement. Keep account credentials secure, provide accurate account information, and follow laws that apply to your forms and respondents.

Your content and responses

You retain ownership of form content and responses. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, transmit, back up, and display that content to operate the service. You are responsible for having a lawful reason to collect information and for publishing any notices or obtaining any consent your use requires.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for phishing, credential theft, malware, unsolicited bulk messaging, unlawful discrimination, harassment, infringement, or collection of prohibited sensitive data without an appropriate written agreement. We may restrict abusive forms to protect respondents and the service.

Plans and limits

Plans include stated response, member, storage, and feature allowances. We will show usage and warn before a material limit. Paid plans renew until canceled. Final taxes, refunds, overage rules, and billing provider terms will be presented before checkout.

Availability

We work to keep forms available and data safe, but the preview service is provided without a formal uptime commitment. We may change preview features and will give reasonable notice before a change that materially affects paid use.

Termination and export

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend an account for abuse, security risk, nonpayment, or a serious breach. We will provide a reasonable opportunity to export lawful data unless prohibited by law or necessary to prevent harm.

Liability

The final agreement will include warranty disclaimers, liability limits, indemnities, and dispute terms appropriate to the operating company and customer market. Those provisions are intentionally not fabricated in this preview draft.
