Branching and endings
Send each person to the next relevant question or the right ending.
Add a rule
Select a question, find Branching rules, and choose Add. A rule checks an answer and sends the respondent to another question or ending.
Keep the first version simple. Branch only when an answer changes what is useful to ask next.
Order matters
Rules are evaluated in the order shown. Put the most specific condition first and leave the ordinary continuation path as the fallback.
Create focused endings
A form can have more than one ending. Use endings to confirm the next step, give relevant guidance, or acknowledge different outcomes without asking unnecessary follow-up questions.
Preview every branch before publishing, including the path where optional questions are skipped.
