Publish and share
Preview changes, publish a safe version, and share a stable link or embed.
Drafts and published versions
Your draft is the editable working copy. The published version is what people currently answer. Saving a draft never changes the live form by itself.
Choose Publish when the draft is ready. Later edits appear as Publish edits, making the release boundary explicit.
Share options
After publishing, open Share to copy:
- The public form link
- An inline iframe embed
- A feedback-widget script
The widget snippet starts with the neutral message Open this form. Edit the data-responsemint-message value to match your audience or call to action.
The public link remains stable across published versions. Responses keep the version number and question definition that were live at submission time.
Close a form
Closing a form stops new responses without deleting the form or its history. Reopen it when you are ready to collect answers again.
